Cancellation & Refund policy

In the case of cancellation, 100% refund will be given only when cancellation will be made within a week before the registered date of the arrangements. Like, Your dates are registered with us from 20th April, then till 13th if you cancel your tour then 100% refund procedure is applicable. In the case of cancellation before 4 days of arrangements 30% money will get deducted and 70% will be refundable. Like, 20th April is registered date, till 15th this will be applied. If the Cancellations made after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. The Cancellations will be accepted by phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. On cash on admission, you have to submit 15% of the amount as a security money with us, and rest amount can be done at the time of the admission on your arrival. All benefits and incentives received by the participant must be canceled/returned to the Bookmymedtrip. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. All the refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit/debit card holder. The refunds will be credited back to the original credit or debit card used for payment.
